When does the turn-time begin?

Due to the complexity of determining the turn time for PCB fabrication, our policy is that the turn-time begins immediately after your Gerber files and all other necessary files are received, reviewed by us, and re-approved by you. Once all these reviews and approvals are completed, we will start fabrication immediately.

I' m considering order of PCB and assembly. Since your website order system looks not accurate please introduce your sales rep to me. What I would like to clarify is additional lead time when I ask parts assembly. We will order 100x100, not special 2-layer PCB. It will take 2-4 days to ship if we not order assembly. If we ask parts assesmbly as "turnkey service, how long does it take to ship after PCB ship ready? Please provide your answer. Thank you.
